Competitions Terms and Conditions for Airmed's 2nd Birthday Giveaway 2023
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes for part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Airmed Scrubs Pty Ltd (ABN 24 649 812 260) at 7 Leader Street, Truganina, VIC 3029. We can be contacted at contact@airmedscrubs.com,au, or in writing posted to the address outlined in the draw location below.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter.
4. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter this competition.
5. Entrants must have a valid Australian residential address.
6. The “Airmed's 2nd Birthday Giveaway” will be promoted exclusively through our website and social media channels.
7. Entries into this promotion open at 12pm AEST on 24 August 2023 and closes at 5PM AEST on 7 September 2023 (Promotion Period).
8. To enter this competition, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
• visit airmedscrubs.com.au and follow the prompts;
• sign up to Airmed Scrubs’ newsletter by inputting the requested details including their first name, last name, email address, date of birth and occupation (optional); and
• submit the fully completed form.
9. To receive 1 bonus entry, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
• visit Airmed Scrubs’ Instagram profile @airmedscrubs;
• locate the Airmed Scrubs 2nd Birthday Giveaway Instagram post; and
• follow @airmedscrubs Instagram and comment on the giveaway post.
10. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use an entrant's name for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and promos any the Promoter’s products and/or services.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to reasonable withdraw, amend or extend this competition.
13. A total of 4 winners will be randomly drawn via electronic electric barrel at:
• 7 Leader Street, Truganina, VIC, 3029;
• 5pm AEST on 8 September 2023.
14. There are a total of 4 prize packs to be won which each includes:
• 1 x Apple Airpod (3rd Generation) valued at AUD $249;
• 1 x Littmann® Classic III™ Stethoscope valued at AUD $150;
• 1 x Frank Green Ceramic reusable bottle - 34oz / 1,000ml valued at AUD $60;
• 1 x Airmed Scrubs Puffer Tote Bag valued at AUD $45; and
• 1 x $200 Airmed Scrubs Gift Card
15. The decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered.
16. If any prize, or part of any prize, is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
17. The Promoter will contact the winner via email collab@airmedscrubs.com.au and by Instagram Direct Message (as applicable) within 7 days of the draw.
18. If a winner is uncontactable or does not agree to redeem the prize within 7 days of winner notification, the prize will be forfeited.
19. The Promoter will conduct a redraw for any unclaimed prizes at:
• 7 Leader Street, Truganina, VIC, 3029;
• 2pm AEST on 15 September 2023.
20. Any winners of the redraw will be contacted via email or Instagram direct message within 7 days of the redraw.
21. Winners are responsible for any tax implications which may arise by accepting a prize.
22. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct this competition. The Promoter will use and handle perusal information as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://airmedscrubs.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

24. This competition is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram. By entering this competition, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age or have parent/guardian consent to enter, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
