If you are unsure about sizing, styles and colours, we recommend you place a sample order directly from our website. Please note that this excludes accessories.
Once you have done so, please immediately email our team with your sample order number and business name. When you are ready to return, our team can then issue you with one free return label. Please contact us here and include your sample order number.
Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receival.
DO YOU OFFER LOGO EMBROIDERY FOR TEAM ORDERS?
We certainly do!
Logos are $8 per garment (can be pants or tops).
- For orders under 20 tops = $30 digitisation fee (once off) + $8 per logo per garment

If the stock is on hand, your team order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Orders with embroidered items will take up to 20 business days to ship.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR TEAM ORDERS?
In additional to our standard Returns Policy, the below applies to all Team Orders:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must be unworn and in its original packaging.

We will not action any return request if the item has been worn or damaged.

All accessories and embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If there is any faulty item or incorrect embroidery, please contact us at here and our team will assist you.

Team Orders are currently only available to Australian and New Zealand customers.
By submitting an order through your email address and portal you agree to the following:

Prices and any discounts are subject to change without any notice;

Payment for orders must be made within 48 business hours;
