DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
If you are unsure about sizing, styles and colours we recommend you place a sample order directly from our website. Once you have doneso email our team with your sample order # and business name.
Our team can then issue you with one free return label. Please email us at contact@airmedscrubs.com.au. and include your order number.
DO YOU OFFER LOGO EMBROIDERY FOR TEAM ORDERS?
Yes we do! Logos are $8 per garment (can be pants or tops)
For orders under 20 topss = $30 digitisation fee (once off) + $8 per logo per garment
For orders over 20 tops = digitisation fee is waived $8 per logo per garment

Orders under 100 items You can still purchase scrubs for your team via the team order website and purchase your business logo embroidery for only $8 per garment. Discounts just won't apply to full priced items.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR TEAM ORDERS?
If the stock is on hand, your team order will be shipped within 3-5 business days and orders with embroidered items will take up to 16 business days to ship.
HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE WITH MY COMPANY LOGO?
1. Sign up for a team order account and order via https://airmedscrubs.com.au/pages/team-orders
2. Once the above is set up - login and select what you are after and additional notes on a company logo.
3. If you are after a specific company logo please include notes in your order
For orders of 20 tops and below there will be a one off digitisation fee of $30.00 to set the logo up
For orders over 20 tops the digitisation fee will be waived.
4. The order will be submitted and reviewed by our team. Logo cost and digitisation fee (if applicable) will be added to the invoice.
5. Invoice will then be sent to you for payment via credit card or bank transfer. For all bank transfers please email teams@airmedscrubs.com.au
6. Your order will be processed. Availability of stock is not guaranteed and unfortunately we cannot pre order stock for you.
WHAT IS THE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR TEAM ORDERS?
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns must be unworn and in it’s original packaging.
- We will not action any return request if the item has been worn or damaged.
- All embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If there is any faulty item or incorrect embroidery, please contact us at contact@airmedscrubs.com.au and our team will assist you.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Team Orders currently only available to Australian and New Zealand customers.
By submitting an order through your email address and portal you agree to the following:
- That you or your employer is a business registered with an ABN;
- Prices and any discounts are subject to change without any notice;
- Payment for orders must be made within 48 business hours;
- Our Returns Policy applied to orders made via the team orders page;
- Embroidered items cannot be returned; and
- Sale items can only be returned for an exchange/store credit.
