We ship from Australia, depending on which country you are shipping to, you may incur Customs fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's requirements prior to ordering if you are not prepared to pay the extra fee set by customs as we have no responsibility or authority over this.
PACKAGE INSURANCE
We offer Protect My Order during checkout to protect your order from any lost/damaged in transit and theft (only where your parcel has been left without authority) . The fee is paid by the customer and is a non refundable insurance protection.
Protect My Order does not cover:
- Authority to Leave parcels
- Incorrect addresses.
- Authority for someone to accept parcel from your local post office
