Terms & Conditions

  1. The Sale is valid for a limited period of time as specified by Airmed Scrubs Pty Ltd ("Company"). Please note that these dates are subject to change at the discretion of the Company.

  2. The Sale is applicable only to eligible products available for purchase on the Company's website or in-store during the Sale period. The discount or promotional offers are applicable only to the specified products and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated by the Company.

  3. The Sale excludes the following items:
    a) Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for any discounts or promotional offers during the Sale.
    b) Embroidery: Any products or services related to embroidery are not included in the Sale and will be sold at their regular price.
    c) Protect My Order: The Protect My Order service, including any associated fees or charges, is not included in the Sale and will be billed separately.
    d) Signature Series: Products belonging to the Signature Series collection are not eligible for any discounts or promotional offers during the Sale.

  4. All products purchased during the Sale are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any product or offer without prior notice. In the event that a purchased product becomes unavailable, the company will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative or issue a refund for the unavailable product.

  5. Prices listed during the Sale period are as marked, and no further discounts or negotiations will be entertained unless specified otherwise by the Company. All prices are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges.

  6. The Company accepts various modes of payment, including credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, and other methods as specified on the Company's website or in-store. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase to avail any discounts or promotional offers during the Sale.

  7. All purchases made during the Sale are subject to the Company's standard return and exchange policy. Please refer to the Return and Exchange Policy available on the Company's website or provided in-store for more information.

  8. The Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Sale, in whole or in part, without liability, at any time, and for any reason. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance and process any applicable refunds, if necessary.

  9. The Sale is open to customers who meet the eligibility criteria as specified by the Company. The Sale is not available to Company employees, their immediate family members, or any individuals or entities associated with the organization of the Sale.

  10. By participating in the Sale, customers agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional instructions or rules specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any customer found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or engaged in any fraudulent activities.

  11. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.

Please note that these Terms & Conditions are subject to change, and customers are advised to review them periodically.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed. Our fulfilment team are continuously processing orders so it is not guaranteed that a member of our customer care team can reach your inquiry before the order is shipped.

 

This includes:

  • Cancelling your order
  • Changing item/s or size
  • Shipping and Billing address
  • Adding items to an order
  • Shipping method
  • Payment method

To change your delivery address: 

Orders within Australia can be redirected via the Australia Post tracking page - https://auspost.com.au/track

 

For orders shipped with DHL Express, please contact DHL directly and they may have the ability to redirect your parcel depending on the circumstances

 

Please note, if you have provided an incorrect address at checkout, we are not liable to refund or order replacement.

PARCEL DELIVERY ISSUE

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is dispatched on time, Airmed Scrubs are not held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions and including incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in an extra charge to the customer.

 

The shipping courier that is selected at checkout is responsible for your delivery.

 

If you haven’t received your item as expected and you’re concerned it's missing or has been stolen, please check:

  • with other members of the household
  • in other locations around the front of your property
  • if you’ve received a card, SMS or email notifying you that it’s been delivered to your local Post Office

Incorrect addresses and service disruptions: While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time and to the right address, Airmed Scrubs are not held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions and including incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

 

Authority to Leave / Signature Release
This gives the delivery driver the authority to leave your package on the property if or when nobody is there to receive it. This means a signature is not required upon delivery. Once delivery is completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer. Airmed Scrubs is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen unless during transit. We advise you to select "Signature Required" if there is nowhere safe to leave a parcel.
Authority to leave includes authorisations by property and/or individual/business.
 
 
Authority for someone to collect the parcel from the post office
This gives the Post Office employees to hand over your parcel to the nominated name requested on your tracking number link or web app. Once your parcel is marked delivered and accepted by the individual you have nominated, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer. Airmed Scrubs is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen unless during transit.

SALE ITEMS

What is a sale item?

Items that are automatically discounted on our website that do not required a discount code

 

Can I used discount code on sale items?

Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are automatically discounted

Discount codes only apply to selected items.

 

Can I return sale items for an exchange, refund or store credit?

All items that were purchased during a sale or labelled samples can only be returned for a store credit or an exchange in the same style, colour but different size.

 

If your requested exchange is out of stock or you are seeking an alternative product with a price difference - a store credit will be automatically issued unless you specify something different in your returns form.

 

Discount codes are final and cannot be refunded/store credited or applied to a new order or applied to an exchange.

Discount codes MUST be applied prior to payment being made. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or reimburse the value of the discount code

 

What products does my discount code apply to? 

Discount codes are applicable to selected items only and will vary depending on the specific discount code.

 

Can I used discount code on sale items?

Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are automatically discounted.

Discount codes cannot be used on accessories, gift cards and other products like Protect My Order.
